Reflecting on my seven years as a Lead in Project Management at Rubicon, this period has been the most transformative in my 23-year pharmaceutical career. It has been a dynamic journey of growth, leadership and collaboration. Rubicon’s dedication to excellence & innovation enabled me to drive Complex Projects, Align multi-disciplinary teams and Uphold accountability. Mentoring talented colleagues and cultivating collaboration have further enriched my experience. Grateful for the challenges, friendships,and learning along the way, I remain committed to contributing to Rubicon’s success while staying true to its core values.

Completing five years at Rubicon has been an exciting and enriching journey. As an Analytical Group Leader, I have had the opportunity to handle key responsibilities, including ANDA site transfer analytical support, Analytical method development, in-vitro BE studies and NDSRI testing. Each challenge has contributed to my professional growth and expertise.

The organization’s evolving HR policies have fostered a more employee-friendly work environment, making every experience even more rewarding.
